This page will display a list of cost/revenue rules defined in the platform. Cost/revenue rules are used to automatically calculate labour costs and labour revenue for a portfolio entity based on forecast and actual effort. New cost/revenue rules can be initiated from this page.
The dashboard can be accessed from the Administration Workbench. From the menu, select Admin Center under the Administration section.
From the administration workbench, select Cost/Revenue Rules from the Time and Finance section.
Enter text in the filter criteria to restrict the rules displayed
Click on the ‘+’ sign in this page to create a new rule. The will open the Cost/Revenue Rule Details page
If there is no +' sign then the user does not have the authority to create cost/revenue rules.
Click on the ID of an existing rule to view the Cost/Revenue Rule Details page.
The default cost/revenue rules are identified by a star in the default column. This indicates that this cost/revenue rule will be applied if no other applicable rules are found.
