This page will display a list of migrations that have taken place in this instance. A migration is a request to migrate configuration from one instance of The Anywhere Platform to another. An example might be a request to migrate configuration from the Non-Production environment to Production once all development and testing has completed. New migrations can be initiated from this page.
This page can be accessed from the Configuration Workbench. From the menu, select Configuration under the Administration section. This will open the configuration workbench.
From the configuration workbench select Migrations from the Migration section.
Enter text in the filter criteria to restrict the migrations displayed
Click on the ‘+’ sign in this page to create a new migration. The will open the Packages Dashboard page so that a package can be selected
If there is no +' sign then either the user does not have the authority to initiate a migration.
Once in the Packages Dashboard, select the source environment in the Select Environment filter.
Identify the package to be migrated and click on the right hand drill-down arrow to the right of the record. This will display the Package Details
Confirm the contents of the package and then click on the Migrate button to the top right of the page.
The Migration Details page will be displayed showing the results of the migration.
Click on an existing migration to view the Migration Details page.
