This page will display the detail of a timesheet policy. Timesheet policies define the rules for entering timesheets and the approval process for timesheets once they are submitted.
This page is accessed from the Timesheet Policies Dashboard which can be reached from the Administration Workbench. From the menu, select Admin Center under the Administration section.
From the administration workbench, select Timesheet Policies from the Time and Finance section.
If this page has been reached by clicking on the '+' icon in the Timesheet Policies Dashboard a blank policy record will be displayed.
Click on the Tick icon when done or the X icon to cancel creation.
If reaching this page for an existing policy, the record will be in 'View' mode with fields non-editable.
Click on the Pencil icon to edit the policy.
Click on the Tick icon when done or the X icon to cancel creation.
The following table shows the impact of changes to policies on existing timesheets that may be using the policy.
