This dashboard page shows outcomes and deliverables defined for a project. Outcomes represent the tangible result or set of results that the project is expected to achieve. Deliverables represent specific tangible items associated with an outcome. For example, the outcome of a project might be a new version of software with deliverables including code, documentation, marketing material, training material.
This page is accessed using the drill-down from the Project Outcomes content area on the Project Overview Page
The ‘Outcomes’ content area shows the list of outcomes defined for the project along with a summary of the open and closed deliverables for each outcome.
Outcomes must be defined before deliverables.
Click on the ‘+’ sign next to ‘Add Outcome’ to add a new outcome. A form will be displayed to collect information about the outcome, including a field to assign responsibility and track due dates.
Use the standard search capability to find outcomes and open them for editing.
Use the standard search capability to find and open outcomes. Once opened the form can be deleted by those with the authority to do so.
The ‘Deliverables’ content area shows the list of all deliverables defined for the project.

Click on the ‘+’ sign next to ‘Add Deliverable’ in the Outcomes content area to add a new outcome. A form will be displayed to collect information about the deliverable, including a field to capture which outcome it relates to.
Click on the ID to open the deliverable form.
Depending on the status of the deliverable some or all of the fields will be editable.
Click on the ID to open the deliverable form.
Use the action drop down and select ‘Delete Form’ to delete the deliverable.
