This dashboard provides a way to analyse scope changes that have been raised against portfolios, programmes, projects, proposals, and services. The page is typically used as a drill-down from summary dashboards to show, for example, all changes associated with a particular project, or all changes escalated to programme level for a particular programme. The dashboard can therefore be used by different roles be it an individual project or programme manager or someone from the PMO looking across all changes.
Use the filter fields beneath the title bar to define what changes are displayed in the dashboard.
With the exception of portfolio and programme filters the filters support multiple values.
This content area is used to highlight upcoming dates when change requests fall due. This is driven from the field ‘Due Date’ on the change form.
By default, the time range is for the next 6 months. Use the drop-down field in the top-right of the content area to switch to a different timeline.
