This page is used to create or edit security groups in The Anywhere platform. Security groups govern what a user can access in the platform and how they participate in a digitized process
To access this page, select Groups from the Users and Groups section of the Administration center. The Administration center can be reached from the Administration section of the pull-down menu.
Click on the '+' icon to create a new group or click on an existing group.
When creating a new person, the following sections and fields are available:
If the user has the relevant access rights to edit group details this page will open in edit mode.
Refer to the table in the section above for details of each of the fields.
Click on Save once changes have been made
Security groups can be deactivated if no longer required.
To deactivate a group uncheck the Active flag. Check the flag again to re-enable it if required.
