The user profile contains information about a resource including their role, skills, calendar and accolades they have achieved. Where the resource is also a user of The Anywhere Platform, the user profile page can be used to update their personal details and their password.
The page can be accessed by clicking on 'View' for a person listed in the People Dashboard or by clicking on a person's profile image when displayed elsewhere in the platform.
A user can access their profile page directly by clicking on their profile icon to the top right of the screen, to the left of the menu icon.
Click on the drop down icon to the right of the profile page and select 'Edit Profile'.
Once in edit mode, you will be able to change basic information about the person such as the name and email address.
Update the personal information as required and click on 'Save'. To revert without saving any changes, click on 'Cancel'
Click on the drop down icon to the right of the profile page and select 'Update Password'. This option is only available when viewing your own profile.
Enter the current password and the new password twice for confirmation.
Click on 'Change' to complete the update.
The training accolades section shows the accolades that have been awarded to the person as a result of completing training on The Anywhere Platform.
Training courses can be accessed through the Training Portal
The engagement visualisation shows in the 'Role' section of the profile page.
The visualisation builds itself automatically based on the type of work the person is involved in or a process that a person is particularly involved in. The larger the circle, the greater the level of engagement in a process.
The calendar section of the profile page shows the resources' personal calendar. Each resource has a personal calendar that is inherited from the regional calendar. The calendar includes a legend to show the work type being performed on that day.
Work cannot be allocated through this page. Allocations can be adjusted by resource managers. Refer to Resource Management Overview for further information.
Click on a working day to change it to non-working. A pop-up window will display asking the reason for the non-working day. Enter a reason and click on 'Add Non-working Day' to save the change. The colour will change accordingly.
Click on a non-working day to change it to working. A pop-up window will display asking for confirmation. Click on 'Make Working Day' to confirm.
This section will show work the person has been allocated to.
Work cannot be allocated through this page. Allocations can be adjusted by resource managers. Refer to Resource Management Overview for further information.
This section will show the resource pools that a person is allocated to. A person can be allocated to more than one pool.
Changing allocations to a pool cannot be done through this page. Pool allocations are managed using the Resource Balancer.
Resource skills can be added via the profile page.
Scroll down to the 'Role' section and click on the pencil icon to the bottom left of the section, under the Skills title. This will display the '+' icon to add skills.
Click on the '+' icon to add skills. A pop up window will display to select from the list of skills.
Select one or more skills and click on 'Apply' when done.
Click on the pencil icon once editing of skills is finished.
To remove a skill, click on the 'x' icon to the right of the skill

The user accolades displayed in the 'Role' section of the profile page show's the person's relative experience using The Anywhere Platform.
Accolades are based on:
Number of forms created
The subscription type
Time spent on the platform
Timesheet compliance (Based on completing timesheets within 3 days of the period end date)
Number of projects successfully completed as a Project Manager
Status report compliance
