This page will display a list of scenarios that have been modelled in the platform. Scenarios shown in this page can be compared with other scenarios in a 'what-if' exercise with the objective of coming up with a portfolio that is optimised for the needs of the organisation. Scenarios are made up of proposed work as well as in-flight projects and services.

Depending on business rules, new scenarios can be created from this page.
Click on the ‘+’ sign in this page to create a new scenario. The Scenario Editor page will be displayed from which the scenario can be updated.
If there is no +' sign then the user does not have the authority to create a scenario.
Although all scenarios are shown on this page, access to the scenario requires that the person logged in must either have created the scenario or been given access by the creator.
Click on an existing scenario to view the Scenario Editor.
A warning message will be displayed if the user does not have access.
Click on an existing scenario and providing the user has access, the Scenario Editor will open. From this page it is possible to make updates to the scenario.
Once created, scenarios cannot be deleted. The scenario can either be updated with a new time range to suit a new round of 'what-if' analysis or they can be left as a snapshot for later reference.
