This page will display a list of skills and will provide the option to create a new one depending on business rules. Skills provide a way to more closely match resources to work beyond what is provided at role level. Unlike roles, a resource can have multiple skills. The use of skills within Resource Management is optional.

Depending on business rules, new skills can be created from this page.
Click on the ‘+’ sign in this page to create a new skill. The skill detail page will be displayed with basic attributes section in edit mode.
If there is no +' sign then either the user does not have the authority to create a skill.
Click on an existing skill to view the Skill Detail Page
Click on an existing skill to view the Skill Detail Page . From this page it is possible to make updates to the skill and view statistics about skill utilisation and distribution across the organisation.
Once created, skills cannot be deleted. They can only be disabled.
Click on an existing role to view the Skill Detail Page . From the detail page it is possible disable the skill which will ensure it doesn't show up when selecting a skill from the list.
