Resource Pool Availability

This page shows a breakdown of the available capacity of resources in the pool showing where they are over-allocated, fully allocated or under allocated.

• This page is accessed from the Capacity content area of the Resource Pool Detail Page 

• Resources can be allocated across multiple resource pools. This screen provides the means to adjust the participation to the resource pool in question.

• Click on the pencil icon next to the resource's participation percentage. A pop-up Resource Pool Participation window will display. 

• Adjust the % amount accordingly. If the resource is returning to the pool after a period of absence then click on the '+' icon to add a new participation row.

• Click on 'Submit' once all changes have been made.

• Data displayed in this dashboard can be exported to Excel. Click on the Excel icon to the right of the Order By field.
