Projects Dashboard

This page will display a list of projects and will provide the option to create a new one depending on business rules.

• Enter text in the filter criteria to restrict the projects displayed

• Depending on business rules, new projects can be created from this page.

• Click on the ‘+’ sign in this page to create a new project. A pop-up list of programme types will be displayed. The programme type will define the attributes for the programme.

• If there is no +' sign then either the user does not have the authority to create a project or the organisation requires that projects can only be created from an approved business case.

• Click on an existing project to view the project overview page.

• Click on an existing programme to view the project overview page. From this page it is possible to make updates to the programme and run status reports

• Once created, projects cannot be deleted. They can only be closed.

• Click on an existing project to view the Project Overview Page. From the overview page it is possible to drill down to the project governance page where actions to close or cancel the project will be available to those with the correct authority.
