Subscriptions

Context

This page is used to view the number of subscriptions of each type that your organisation has in place along with the how many are currently assigned. The page can also be used to identify user accounts consuming a subscription and which have seen no activity in the last 90 days. This allows your organisation to ensure that subscriptions are being utilised effectively.

Accessing this page

To access this page, select Subscription from the Users and Groups section of the Administration center. The Administration center can be reached from the Administration section of the pull-down menu.
Click on the 'Usage Report' icon to run a usage report for a specific previous timeframe.

Access Grants by Subscription Type

A user's access subscription determines which grants are available to that user. The grants are not automatically assigned - they are assigned to the user via the users page or groups page. If an attempt is made to give a grant to a user which doesn't match their subscription the grant will be disregarded.
