Process Template Dashboard

This page will display a list of process templates defined in the platform. This page will also provide the option to create a new process template provided the user accessing the page has the authority to do so.

• This page can be accessed from the Configuration workbench. From the menu, select 'Config Workbench' under the 'Administration' section.

• From the configuration workbench, select 'Process Templates' from the 'Forms and Workflow' section.

• Enter text in the filter criteria to restrict the process templates displayed

• Depending on business rules, new process templates can be created from this page.

• Click on the ‘+’ sign in this page to create a new process template. The Process Template Editor will open.

• If there is no +' sign then either the user does not have the authority to create a process template.

• Click on an existing process template to view the Process Template Editor 

• Click on an existing process template to view the Process Template Editor . From this page it is possible to make updates to the person.

• Process templates can be deleted, provided there are no forms using that template and the process template is a custom configured template rather than a system entity. System entities are ones which form part of a standard template to customers of The Anywhere Platform.

• If forms do exist they should first be deleted as described in the forms and workflow end user help 

• Click on an existing process template to view the Process Template Editor 

• From the drop-down menu next to the 'Save' button select 'Delete'.
