This page shows the basic details for a report template as well as its frequency of use and the users who use it.
This page can be accessed from the following:
The Report Templates page which can be accessed from the Configuration workbench. From the menu, select 'Config Workbench' under the 'Administration' section and then select 'Report Templates' from the 'Data and Reporting' section.

This section shows users who have recently run reports using this template
Use this section to better understand how the user community are making use of this report template.
Click on 'Edit Template' to edit the template
If the report template has filters defined, the pop-up filters window will be displayed. Select any values for the filters and click on OK.
Once the report is displayed, click on the pencil icon at the top to edit the template. If there is no pencil available, the user is not authorised to edit the template.
Disabling the template will remove it from the library so that end-users can no longer run reports using this template. This can be used to prevent users from running reports while work is being carried out on the template.
Click on 'Disable Template' to mark it as no longer enabled.
Click on 'Enable Template' on a template that is disabled, to enable it again.
To create a new template as a copy of the current one, click on 'Copy Template'
A pop-up confirmation window will be displayed. Click on 'Yes' to proceed or close the window to cancel.
A pop-up window will display asking for confirmation of the report settings. By default the title is set to 'Copy of <existing report title>' and other settings carried over from the report type being copied from.
Edit the settings as required and then click on 'OK'
The report type will be in edit mode for editing.
