This page will display a list of people registered in the system either as a resource and/or someone who will use the tool. This page will also provide the option to create people provided the user accessing the page has the authority to do so.
Enter text in the filter criteria to restrict the people displayed
Depending on business rules, new people can be created from this page.
Click on the ‘+’ sign in this page to create a new person. A pop-up list of user templates will be displayed. User templates provide a way to ensure that common groups or types of users inherit the correct and consistent attributes. To start with a completely blank form select the template '-' and click on 'Copy Template'.
If there is no +' sign then either the user does not have the authority to create a person.
Click on an existing person to view the Person Editor
Click on an existing person to view the Person Editor . From this page it is possible to make updates to the person.
Once created, people cannot be deleted. They can only be given an end date and marked as inactive.
Click on an existing person to view the Person Editor. From this page it is possible to mark the person as inactive.
If your organisation has specific data retention requirements for personal data, the person record can be anonymised by updating the email, first name, last name and phone, thereby ensuring the record cannot be used to personally identify someone.
Making this change will affect all forms and references to the person as well as affect the audit trail.
Click on an existing person to view the Person Editor. From this page the required anonymisation changes can be made.
