This page shows the details of a KPI, including basic information such as the name, description and which Business Objective uses this KPI as a measurement of success. ‘Contributions’ come in the form of entities that contribute towards improving the KPI and therefore the Business Objective as a whole. Contributors can be projects, proposals for new initiatives and services.
When creating a new KPI, the summary section will be in edit mode.
Click on the Create button to create the KPI.
Once the KPI has been created it can be used as a Key Measure for a contributing entity (proposal, project, or service). Help for this is available from the section ‘Adding a KPI as a Key Measure’ in the KPI Overview Help Guide.
Click on the pencil icon in the Summary section to change the basic information.
