This page shows the details of a region, including basic information such as the name, language, currency and working practices (hours per day and working days. The page will show the number of resources who are considered part of this region. The page will also show the calendar for the region with days marked as either working or non-working. Non-working days are typically public holidays in that region.
When creating a new region, the summary section will be in edit mode. All fields are mandatory:
Click on the Tick icon to create the region. The regional calendar can be amended once this has been done.
Click on the pencil icon in the Summary section to change the basic information.
The regional users content area shows the number of active resources in this region, the total number of resources (past and present) and the % of active users in this region.
Once a region has been created the regional calendar will be displayed.
Click on any working day in the calendar to change it to non-working. Click on any non-working day to change it to a working day.
Resources created with this region will adopt the regional calendar by default.
