Groups Dashboard

This page will display a list of security groups registered in the system. Security groups govern what a user can access in the platform and how they participate in a digitized process. This page will also provide the option to create a group provided the user accessing the page has the authority to do so.

• Enter text in the filter criteria to restrict the groups displayed

• Depending on business rules, new groups can be created from this page.

• Click on the ‘+’ sign in this page to create a new group. The Group Editor will be displayed where details of the group are defined.

• If there is no +' sign then either the user does not have the authority to create a group.

• Click on an existing group to view the Group Editor

• Click on an existing group to view the Group Editor. From this page it is possible to make updates to the group.

• Once created, groups cannot be deleted. They can only be marked as inactive.

• Click on an existing group to view the Group Editor. From this page it is possible to mark the group as inactive.
