By default, the page shows all reports
Use the filter fields beneath the title bar to filter reports displayed.
Viewing reports
Viewing reports
Rows in the results screen show reports submitted against a project, proposal, service or programme. Reports can optionally be configured to include an approval stage. Where this is the case, the approval columns will indicate the approval status and the approver.
To view the report, click on the icon in the ‘View’ column.

Q: How can I export the report to Powerpoint of PDF format?
A: Click on the link to view the report. From the report viewer you will be able to export to PDF or Powerpoint. You can also share the report with other users or email it to a recipient
Q: How can I see who has viewed the report?
A: Click on the link to view the report. At the top of the report there will be a clock icon to show the list of people who have viewed the report.
