Resource Pool Dashboard

This page will display a list of resource pools and will provide the option to create a new one depending on business rules. Resource Pools represent groupings of resources and are typically aligned to the organisation structure.

• Enter text in the filter criteria to restrict the resource pools displayed

• Depending on business rules, new resource pools can be created from this page.

• Click on the ‘+’ sign in this page to create a new resource pool. The Resource Pool Detail Page will be displayed

• If there is no +' sign then either the user does not have the authority to create a resource pool.

• Click on an existing resource pool to view the Resource Pool Detail Page 

• Click on an existing resource pool to view the Resource Pool Page. From this page it is possible to make updates to the resource pool and access the resource balancer for that pool.

• Once created, resource pools cannot be deleted. They can only be made inactive so that they no longer appear in lists elsewhere in the platform.

• Click on an existing resource pool to view the Resource Pool Detail Page . From this page it is possible to update the resource pool and make it inactive.
